Office Hours:

A, B,& C shifts on 24 hr. rotation

STATION 21 - FRANKLIN FIRE HEADQUARTERS - 1701 N. MAIN ST.

Administrative personnel - Fire Chief, Deputy Chief, and Training/Public Education Officer

Shift personnel are supervised during their 24 hr. tour of duty by an assistant chief or captain.

Lieutenants assigned to each of the cities stations act as a front line supervisor and report to the shift commander

FIRE SUPPRESSION APPARATUS

  • ENGINE 21 - KME Custom/Pumper, certified as advanced life support non transporting unit with State of Indian EMS Commission
  • Tower 21  - 95' E-One aerial platform
  • Special Operations Unit - Responds to Dive/Water rescue, Rope rescue, and HazMat incidents
  • Boat 21 - Zodiac water rescue craft and V-bottom dive boat
  • SQUAD 22 - International Heavy Rescue, certified as advanced life support non transporting unit with State of Indiana EMS Commission. Equipped with compliment of specialized rescue tools, light tower and cascade system for breathing air

Station 22 - 999 Hamilton Avenue

Shift personnel - House lieutenant and firefighters
